Terms of Service

1. General
These terms apply to all purchases on onewear.se. The website is operated by WearUnique AB (company reg. no. 559513-7083) under the brand OneWear. By placing an order you accept these terms. We recommend reading them before you shop.

2. Orders and Agreement
An agreement is formed when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, incorrect information or if the product is no longer available. You will always be notified by email if an order is cancelled.

3. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in the currency applicable to your country and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before the purchase is completed. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Payment is made through Klarna or Shopify Payments. If you choose invoice or instalments, Klarna's terms apply.

4. Delivery
Orders are normally shipped the same business day from Stockholm. Delivery times, terms and information about customs for deliveries outside the EU are available in our Shipping Policy.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have a 14 day right of withdrawal from the day you received the product. Terms for returns, return shipping and refunds are available in our Refund Policy.

6. Complaints
If a product has a defect that existed at delivery, you have the right to file a complaint within three years under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Contact us as soon as you discover the defect at info@onewear.se. We cover return shipping for approved complaints and will provide a replacement, repair or refund.

7. Products and Images
We strive to present products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary depending on your screen. We reserve the right to change our range and product information without notice.

8. Personal Data and Cookies
We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR. How we collect, use and protect your data, and how we use cookies, is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on onewear.se, including the trademark, images, texts and design, belongs to WearUnique AB and may not be used without written permission. The OneWear beanie is a registered design in Sweden.

10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as disruptions at carriers or payment providers. Our liability is limited to the value of the product, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published at the time of your order.

12. Disputes and Governing Law
Swedish law applies. If a dispute cannot be resolved with our customer service, you may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se. If you live in another EU country, you may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We comply with ARN's decisions.
