Återbetalningspolicy

Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days from the day you received your order to return it. Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in their original packaging. A receipt or order confirmation is required.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for the return shipping cost. A return fee of 51 SEK is deducted from your refund.

Damages and Errors
Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us right away and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges
Return the item and place a new order for the item you want. This is the fastest way to get the right product.

Non Returnable Items
Gift cards and personalised products.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, the amount is refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few additional days to process it.
