Shipping policy

Delivery Time
Orders are normally shipped the same business day from our warehouse in Stockholm. Orders placed on weekends are shipped the next business day.

Sweden: 1 to 4 business days
Nordics: 2 to 5 business days
Rest of Europe: 3 to 8 business days
Outside Europe: 7 to 14 business days

A tracking number is sent by email once the package has left our warehouse. During campaigns and holidays, delivery may take longer.

Pre Orders
The estimated delivery date is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. The date is an estimate and may change. Pre orders can be cancelled at any time before the package is shipped, and the full amount is refunded.

Delays
If your package has not arrived within the stated time, contact us and we will help you right away.

Address
Make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase. OneWear is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If the error is on our side, we will send a new order at no cost.

Customs and Fees
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, VAT and local fees may apply. These are paid by the recipient and are not included in the price.
