This policy describes how WearUnique AB (company reg. no. 559513-7083), which operates OneWear and onewear.se, collects, uses and shares your personal data when you visit the website, shop with us or contact us. WearUnique AB is the data controller.

What data we collect

Data you provide
Name, address, email address, phone number, order information, account details if you create an account, and anything you write to us in customer service matters.

Data collected automatically
IP address, device and browser information, which pages and products you view, search terms and how you interact with the website. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Data from third parties
Payment confirmation from our payment provider and delivery status from carriers. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored with us.

Why we process your data

Purchases and delivery
Handling payment, sending order confirmations, arranging shipping, and managing returns and claims. Legal basis: performance of a contract.

Customer service
Answering questions and resolving issues. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Marketing
Sending newsletters and offers by email or SMS if you have consented, and showing relevant ads on other platforms. Legal basis: consent and legitimate interest respectively. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every message.

Keeping order records as required by the Swedish Accounting Act. Legal basis: legal obligation.

Who we share data with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with providers needed to run the store:

Shopify, which powers our e-commerce platform
Payment providers, such as Klarna and Shopify Payments
Carriers, such as PostNord
Email tools for newsletters and order communication
Advertising and analytics platforms, such as Google, Meta and TikTok

We may also disclose data where required by law.

Cookies

We use necessary cookies for the website and checkout to function, as well as analytics and marketing cookies if you accept them in the cookie banner. How long we keep your data

Order data is kept for seven years under the Swedish Accounting Act. Account data is kept until you delete your account. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Customer service records are kept for up to two years after the matter is closed.

Transfers outside the EU

Some providers process data outside the EU/EEA. In those cases we rely on approved transfer mechanisms, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, to restrict processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, to receive your data in a portable format, and to withdraw consent. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.

Children

The website is not directed at persons under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data about children. Contact us if you are a guardian and want data deleted.

Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version is always available on onewear.se with the date stated.
