(Note) If you do not follow the instructions, your return or exchange request may be denied. Of course, you are welcome to submit multiple requests if needed.

Log in to our website using your email address. You don’t need an account—just enter your email and you’ll receive a code to log in.
Click the three lines in the top left corner and select the person icon at the bottom left under “Log in.” Enter your email address and log in.

How to exchange your item step by step:

Select reason:
Select either "The size was too small" or "The size was too large" as the reason for the exchange. -
Enter new size/color:
Under “Reason,” select “Note (optional).” Write a message stating which color and size you want to exchange for. Then click the “Request Return” button. -
Confirmation via email:
You will shortly receive a confirmation via email, confirming that we have received your return request. -
Receipt of QR code:
Once your return has been approved, we will send a second confirmation email with an attached QR code from PostNord. Use this QR code at your nearest postal service point to return the item free of charge. -
Return Inspection:
Once we have received your return, we will inspect it to ensure all tags are intact and the product is unused. If any tags are missing or the item shows signs of use, the return will not be approved. -
Delivery of your new item:
If the return is approved, we will immediately send your new size/color.
Please note:
The entire exchange process usually takes 1–2 weeks.
Instructions for RETURN!
How to return your item:
1. Select reason:
Choose “I changed my mind” as the reason. Under “Reason,” select “Note (optional)” and write “Return.” Finish by clicking the “Request Return” button.
2. Confirmation via email:
You will shortly receive a first confirmation email, confirming that we have received your return request.
3. Approval & payment information:
Once we’ve reviewed and approved your request, we will send a new email. In this email, you’ll find a payment link for the return fee (45 SEK). Once the fee is paid, a PostNord QR code will be included in the same email. Bring this QR code to your nearest postal service point to return the item free of charge.
4. Return inspection:
Once we’ve received your return, we will check that all tags are intact and that the product is unused. If tags are missing or the item has been used, the return will not be approved.
5. Refund:
If the return is approved after inspection, we will process your refund as soon as possible.
