Order & Shipping
Orders are usually shipped the same day from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden. Shipping is approximately 1-4 working days with PostNord (Trackable Package). We do our best to deliver your package to you as quickly as possible!
Within Europe outside of Sweden, the delivery is approximately 4-10 working days with PostNord (Trackable Parcel)
As soon as your package has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation emailed to you. Please note that it may take some time for the tracking information to appear.
With each order, an order confirmation is automatically sent to the e-mail entered. If you still can't find the email, we recommend that you double-check the spam folder.
Yes, we ship internationally, we ship to all countries in Europe. The shipping fee may vary depending on where you are, but in Sweden we offer completely free shipping.
A pre-order is an order you place for an item that has not been released or is not in stock. They are sent to the customer when they are available. Pre-orders allow you to order products before they are available. Whether the product is out of stock or soon to be launched, pre-orders act as a kind of reservation guaranteeing you access to it, at the earliest possible availability.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You have a 2-week right of withdrawal after you have received your order.
Due to abuse of free returns and because we think about the environment, you are responsible for the costs.
You will be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 1-3 business days. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
